Shipping Policy

Thank you for your support of the Hwa Cha Yang Foundation. Below you’ll find the details for when you can expect your custom wig and your donor incentive items to arrive.





1. Custom Wig Shipments



We fulfill custom wigs on a biannual schedule to ensure every piece is crafted, quality-checked, and packaged with care:


  • Summer Shipment: All wigs are shipped on July 31
  • Winter Shipment: All wigs are shipped on December 15



How it works:


  1. After your donation, we enter your wig order into our next scheduled cycle.
  2. You’ll receive an email 1–2 weeks before the ship date with your tracking number.
  3. Once shipped, transit time varies by region—typically 5–10 business days in the U.S., and 10–15 business days internationally.



Note: If you donate after June 1, your wig will be included in the July shipment. Donations received after November 1 will roll into the December shipment.





2. Donor Incentive Item Shipments



Your Self-Love T-shirt, luxury retailer gift, donor badge, and any other incentive items are our way of saying thank you—and we ship these promptly:


  • Processing Window: 24–48 hours from the time of your donation
  • Shipping Transit:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days via USPS or FedEx Ground
    • International: 7–14 business days via international courier



You will receive a separate confirmation email with tracking details once your incentive package has shipped.





3. Address Changes & Delivery Issues



  • Update Requests: Email shipping@hcxyfoundation.org within 24 hours of your donation to correct or update your shipping address.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Notify us within 30 days of the ship date so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement if needed.
