3. Quality & Safety Protocol

Please confirm each of the following before submitting:

I confirm all donated hair is 100% human hair (no synthetics).

I confirm all hair is unused, unprocessed, and free from chemical treatments (no bleach, perms, or relaxers).

I confirm bundles/wigs have been sanitized and packaged in a sealed, clean environment.

I confirm each bundle/wig is at least 10 inches in length.

I confirm the total weight listed is accurate to the nearest gram.

I will label each bundle/wig package with length, weight, color, and texture.

I agree to ship donations per the Foundation’s shipping guidelines (will receive instructions after approval).
